QA/QC Introduction
We specialize in the paper products, as we do believe Quality is the life through the whole enterprise.
As to ensure providing clients 99.99% products satisfaction, a comprehensive QC policy has been instituted to cover all aspects of the manufacturing procedure.
Our company is equipped with advanced production lines and all the requisite quality inspection instruments. All our specialized personnel have taken a long-term training when they joined into our company. The procedure of production is as follows:
1. All raw materials and components are carefully checked and selected by purchaser and warehouseman before being put in warehouse.
2. The workshop executive director follows the whole process while making rounds. Any discrepancy will be pointed out and then put right, or even re-made.
3. Inspectors strictly check the whole products one by one in accordance with requirements. Any error will be picked out and discarded. Through inspection, if there are 10% products with problem of the whole parcel, in any case, the whole series must be sent back.
4. Staffs from oversea sales department and production department meet every one week, discussing and putting forward solution for the problems that appeared in the operations.
With the consistent quality standards, our products have won an good reputation in the Europe. We will unremitting research and improve, and make clients more satisfactory.
